After serving in the United States Coast Guard and successfully building Avalon Electric, Christian relocated to Las Vegas, where he frequently shared his homemade jerky with clients, friends, and business associates. The response was overwhelming. What started as a hobby quickly became a sought-after product, and in April 2016, Avalon Meat Candy was born.
Christian remains deeply involved in the business, continually developing new flavors, listening to customer feedback, and ensuring every batch meets the highest standards of quality.
